Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life sciences, clinical research, healthcare admin, business or related field.
• 5 years of experience in clinical research operations, operational strategy, feasibility, proposal development, or related functions.
• Ability to independently develop operational strategies and proposal solutions.
• Experience mentoring or leading colleagues and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience supporting oncology clinical trial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational strategies for new business opportunities based on protocol requirements and sponsor objectives.
• Translate feasibility findings and operational data into executable study delivery recommendations and proposal content.
• Create compelling operational proposal content for sponsor interactions and bid defense meetings.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to balance competitiveness with delivery feasibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
