Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Site Engagement & Feasibility Specialist to drive site strategy for new opportunities and collaborate with project teams on post-award feasibility assessments.

You will engage country managers and clinical teams to optimise site selection, conduct literature reviews, and design feasibility questionnaires using CTMS tools, delivering timely, accurate feasibility outputs across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Degree in clinical or life sciences (or allied health qualifications).
• 1–2 years' experience in feasibility or site management within CRO/pharma is desirable.
• Strong communication, ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Therapeutic Strategy Manager/Director (pre-award), Project Manager (post-award), and Clinical Feasibility Team to support feasibility activities.
• Act as a key liaison between the Clinical Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and site staff across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Review study documents (protocol, synopsis, RFP, executed work order) to inform site selection.
• Conduct literature reviews and utilise commercial databases and internal tools to support feasibility strategy development.
• Design study-specific feasibility questionnaires using the CTMS Feasibility module.
• Collaborate with Country Managers, Directors, and Site Engagement and Feasibility Manager to support site engagement visits.
• Analyse feasibility responses critically, with proactive follow-up and strategic thinking to optimise results.
• Use reporting tools to provide regular updates to internal teams and clients; contribute to proposal documentation as needed.
• Present feasibility findings to clients via teleconferences, in-person meetings, and bid defences.
• Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports for post-award (paid) assessments.
• Manage the preparation and collection of Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
• Represent Novotech at external events; be mindful of acting as an ambassador for Novotech in day-to-day business.
• Ensure communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company.
