Job summary

Novotech is seeking an Senior Operational Strategy Manager to lead data-driven, cross-functional operational strategies for new clinical trial opportunities. You will collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and regional teams to craft competitive study execution plans and sponsor-ready content.

The role focuses on non-oncology trials across CNS, metabolic, respiratory, and rare diseases, supporting transition from proposal to execution and contributing to bid defense materials.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to support sponsor interactions.
• Ability to translate sponsor requirements into executable strategies.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience shaping proposals and bid defense materials.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational strategies for new business opportunities.
• Translate feasibility findings into study delivery recommendations.
• Develop and present content for sponsor interactions and bid defense.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for proposals.
• Standardize planning, risk assessment, and proposal development processes.
