GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Onboarding HR Analyst to lead design, configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central solutions.

As Senior Onboarding HR Analyst, you'll lead the design, configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central solutions, partnering with stakeholders across the business to turn complex requirements into seamless digital experiences. From optimising candidate journeys and onboarding processes to managing integrations, troubleshooting technical challenges and driving central HR excellence transformation projects, you'll combine hands‑on expertise with strategic influence to deliver solutions that make a real change.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with contracted hours of 40 per week. Working core hours of Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 based in our Northampton Head Office with hybrid working, including EU travel.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £64,800.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
