Job summary

OH Medical is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA) to join a Midlands-based service covering Coventry, Daventry, Loughborough, Nottingham and Derby. This full-time role is predominantly onsite with occasional home working and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Health Advisor or Senior Occupational Health Advisor.
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience delivering Occupational Health case management.
• Willingness to travel between Midlands sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Occupational Health case management assessments and reports.
• Conduct fitness for work medicals and assessments.
• Undertake health surveillance in line with workplace requirements.
• Carry out employee wellbeing assessments.
• Provide professional Occupational Health advice to employees and management.
• Attend meetings with HR and Health & Safety teams.
• Support Occupational Health service delivery across multiple Midlands sites.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and provide clear, practical recommendations.
