Sofia project team at RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. seeks a Senior Wind Turbine Technician to lead offshore maintenance activities. You will provide frontline leadership, technical guidance and operational oversight, ensuring safe delivery and adherence to standards while supporting two-week offshore rotations and 24/7 operations. Strong RAMS, SCADA, and fault-diagnosis capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore wind maintenance and operations.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Ability to meet offshore medical, safety training and working-at-height requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
• Supervise planned and corrective maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement.
• Support shift handovers and offshore logistics.
