NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Aberdeen for a major FPSO project. The role provides overall responsibility for the PCM team, ensuring commitments, contracts, and variations are managed according to project procedures.

The position covers cost control, planning, risk management, and reporting, with close collaboration across PDE, Contractors, and Client teams to ensure Earned Value and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as Project Control Manager.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience within project control.
• Experience with contract and contractor management.
• Strong English, verbal and written communication, report writing and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Project Control activities within the team including cost and invoicing control, planning, risk management and reporting.
• Maintain Change and VOR/VO management system and risk management system.
• Coordinate interfaces with Contractor Group and PDE teams; ensure WBS and CBS structures align with cost control and planning.
