Job summary

Fugro in Aberdeen is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of complex PCS projects on a fixed term 12‑month contract. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, owning safety, quality, schedule, cost and client outcomes, while managing project P&L, risk and governance and acting as the primary interface with the client in a demanding operational environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Project Manager with full lifecycle ownership of complex projects.
Background in construction support, positioning, offshore, marine or similarly technically demanding environments.
Experience managing project P&L, commercial risk, cost control and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Assume full end‑to‑end accountability for PCS project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost and client outcomes.
Act as senior client representative, leading engagement and resolving issues
Lead mobilisation, execution and demobilisation activities with proper planning and resources.
Own and manage project risk including QHSSE, contractual, technical and operational exposures.
