INEOS FPS North is seeking a Marine Logistics and Programme Controls Lead to shape and run the marine logistics and programme control capability for the North asset, supporting onshore and offshore activities. The role reports to the North Asset Manager and is based in Aberdeen, permanent.

You will drive governance, deliver improvements, manage risks, and collaborate across teams to enhance safety, reliability and operational performance across the asset.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marine logistics in the North-East of Scotland.
• Experience in project/programme control.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making skills, both within and out with areas of expertise.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of marine logistics needs via the marine services contract.
• Develop and implement the strategy for spare vessel capacity.
• Support vessel-based access solutions during campaigns of maintenance and improvements at offshore assets.
• Coach and guide Team Leaders, Engineers and Specialists to drive performance.
• Own governance and drive improvement across FPS North contracts, including KPI setting and risk mitigation.
• Report on progress to the Asset Manager and highlight issues and interdependencies.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of new tools and processes.
