Job summary

A leading energy sector firm seeks a Senior Project Development Manager in Woking, responsible for managing project teams and ensuring project delivery according to budget and standards. Candidates should have substantial project management experience in the Oil and Gas sector, ideally managing FEED and Detailed Design projects. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of safety regulations. Flexible working and supportive policies are offered.

Qualifications

• Chartered Status preferred with significant project management experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience managing FEED and Detailed Design projects.
• Strong appreciation of Technical Safety activities such as ALARP.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire project team and ensure project delivery within budget and standards.
• Lead the project from Feasibility through to Pre-FEED.
• Ensure effective implementation of Project Execution Plan.
