Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with industry-standard software is advantageous but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform design activities including calculations, dynamic structural analysis and system configuration for subsea, platform and renewable structures.
• Ensure structural and fatigue performance meet requirements across fabrication, installation and in-service phases.
• Communicate results to team and clients via meetings, reports and presentations.
• Prepare proposals for projects and opportunities.
• Utilise software packages such as Flexcom, Orcaflex, SACS, Ansys and SolidWorks.
• Work with stakeholders to develop technical relationships and support continuous improvement.
