Job summary

City St George's, University of London is seeking an experienced Senior OD Advisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months. The role requires independent work, delivering university‑wide OD consultancy and development programmes, with hybrid on‑campus and remote delivery.

You will design and facilitate workshops, lead consultancy assignments, manage mentoring and staff survey cycles, and promote digital‑first approaches.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience, with CIPD or equivalent qualification or progression towards one.
• Significant experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programmes.
• Proven OD consultancy experience, including contracting, diagnosing needs, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate engaging workshops, sessions and programmes, face to face and online, across levels of seniority.
• Lead OD consultancy assignments, including stakeholder contracting, diagnosing needs and evaluating interventions.
• Manage mentoring scheme, staff survey cycle, values and culture work, and manager development; promote digital‑first learning.
