Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Older Adult Community hub in Knowsley. You will contribute to high quality dementia assessments and treatments and support MDT care for people living with complex mental health needs, aiming to promote independence.

The role involves running group interventions and supporting people to remain at home where possible, with flexible working considerations.

• Specialist occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning.
• Delivery of person-centred interventions to support recovery and independence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for dementia care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist OT assessment and treatment interventions for people with dementia.
• Support the Older Adult Community hub in Knowsley and MDT working.
• Contribute to interventions that enable people to live at home longer.
• Run group OT interventions and activities.
