Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Older Adult Community hub in Knowsley. • Relevant professional OT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for service users living in the community, open to Older Adult Community hub, Knowsley.
• Demonstrate effective multidisciplinary and partnership working.
• Experience of advocating for people's occupational needs.
• Deliver specialist OT assessment and treatment interventions for a defined caseload.
• Support core duties of the Older Adult Community hub, Knowsley.
