Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Axminster is seeking a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the integrated rehabilitation and urgent care pathway across community services. You will work 37.5 hours per week, 8:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, with rota shifts 08:00–20:00 across seven days and opportunities for CPD, clinical leadership development, and autonomous practice.

A car and valid driving licence are required, and you will be supported by a dynamic MDT

Qualifikationen

• Experience in community rehabilitation and managing long-term conditions.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and support discharge planning.

• Provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention across community services.
• Support discharge from hospital and prevent admissions.
• Participate in CPD and clinical leadership activities.
