Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered OT with degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Membership of the relevant Professional Body
• Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent
• Evidence of recent professional development in an up-to-date portfolio

Responsibilities

• Provide OT-based rehabilitation for orthopaedics, frailty, falls, cognitive impairment, and more
• Carry out cognitive assessments and formulate patient-centred rehab plans
• Work across inpatient rehabilitation ward and community settings in Shaftesbury and surrounding areas
• Support seven-day service to avoid unnecessary admissions and cover rota duties, including evenings
