Cumberland Council in Workington is seeking a key role to shape and strengthen a therapy-led reablement service, supporting Reablement Managers to design, implement and embed improvements that deliver meaningful outcomes for individuals.
This permanent post offers a salary of £44,253 to £45,529 per annum, 37 hours per week. An Enhanced DBS check with Adults Barred List is required, and a guaranteed interview is available to eligible applicants.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening a therapy-led reablement service, aligned with national best practice. Working at the heart of the service, you will support Reablement Managers to enhance the therapeutic offer, helping to design, implement and embed meaningful improvements that deliver real outcomes for individuals.
