Job summary

Everson Recruitment is seeking a Lead/Senior Occupational Health Advisor to provide professional guidance to managers and staff, while leading the onsite clinical team and developing clinical practice in line with policies and legislation.

You will deliver a full occupational health remit, including consultations, case management, health surveillance and education, working from an onsite location in Preston/Warton. A senior role with strong leadership and IT literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• We require NMC registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (or working towards).
• You should have experience delivering the full occupational health remit including case management and health surveillance.
• You must demonstrate managerial experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear professional advice to managers and employees of the client.
• Lead and supervise the onsite clinical team and ensure high standards of clinical practice.
• Deliver consultations, medical assessments and health surveillance in line with policies.
• Attend client meetings and deliver relevant client training sessions as required.
• Maintain records, manage workload, and support wellbeing initiatives as needed.
