Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver proactive occupational health services for clients across the North West, based in Preston.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, healthy and productive workplaces, including case management, health surveillance, screenings and health promotion.

Strong IT skills, current NMC registration and OH qualification are essential, with travel between client locations as required.

Competenze

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration and post-registration OH qualification (certificate/diploma/degree).
• Experience across OH service delivery including case management, surveillance, screening and health promotion.

Mansioni

• Deliver fitness-for-work advice, absence management and workplace adjustments while supporting employee wellbeing.
• Apply OH surveillance procedures (audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments) to prevent health risks.
• Build effective relationships with employees, managers and client representatives, providing empathetic, practical guidance within professional boundaries.
• Coordinate OH activities in line with legislation, standards and confidentiality, escalating concerns as needed.
• Manage appointments, records, follow-ups and competing priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
