Role Summary

You will provide Occupational Health services across a number of key education and housing clients, delivering face-to-face (F2F) case management, health surveillance and health surveillance escalations alongside the full Occupational Health remit.

You will attend East Midlands Housing in Derby approximately one day per week, providing F2F case management and health surveillance escalations.

You will also attend Derby College approximately one day per month, providing F2F case management, health surveillance and health surveillance escalations across the client's Derby sites.

For Wolverhampton College, you will provide F2F case management in the Birmingham office on an ad hoc basis, according to client and operational requirements.

On your remaining working days, you will primarily work from home undertaking case management appointments, with an expected clinical capacity of 360 minutes per day (8 x 45-minute case management referrals). This will include documented health surveillance and health surveillance escalation activity as required. You will be supported by our AI Scribe tool, helping to streamline clinical documentation and maximise the time available for employee care and case management.

Across these clients, the expected face-to-face travel commitment averages approximately 1.25 days per week, or around 5–6 days per month, based on the regular Derby College and East Midlands Housing requirements, with additional ad hoc travel to Wolverhampton College and other client sites as required.

There may also be occasions where ad hoc travel is required to cover sites within an approximately one-hour travel radius to meet client or operational needs. Wherever possible, this travel will be planned in advance to support effective diary and workload management.
