You will have access to training to develop your expertise in assessments for NHS staff from a variety of occupations and our corporate clients.

Team Description

We have a great opportunity for a Band 7 senior Occupational Health Advisor to join us at the Employee Wellbeing Service at Barts Health. You will be working with an established, friendly team that offers an innovative model to preventative health for all Barts staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of occupational health specialists.

Main Duties

• Work flexibly remotely and occasionally onsite
• Conduct walk-in clinics consulting with staff on their new roles and immunisation requirements
• Provide immunisations and phlebotomy services
• Monitor blood borne viruses
• Complete health surveillance (training provided)
• Manage cases for management referrals, including complex cases (up to 6 per day)
• Participate in peer audits and receive teaching from experienced OHAs
• Manage a small team of OH advisors
