Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) at Woodview Care Home, Halesowen. The role leads a clinical team, supports the Registered Manager and ensures high standards of resident care within a 24-bed home. The post focuses on safety, governance and a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Salary is competitive (£45,071.11 per year) for 37.5 hours per week, with substantial development opportunities and engagement in Shaw Healthcare’s Employee Ownership ethos.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience leading a nursing team or clinical setting.
• Strong governance, infection control and resident wellbeing focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the nursing team to deliver person-centred care.
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and supervision.
• Support the Registered Manager with home leadership and governance.
• Drive quality improvement and clinical governance standards.
• Represent the home in interactions with residents, families and external professionals.
