Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is assisting a well-established care service in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Home Manager.

The role carries overall responsibility for the home, leading clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will hold current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) and have a proven track record in managing a nursing home, with a strong emphasis on CQC compliance, safeguarding, governance and continuous

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Proven experience as Nursing Home Manager or Registered Home Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection requirements.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Leadership and ability to develop care and nursing teams.
• Proactive, hands-on management style.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of the nursing home.
