Job summary

Surecall Medical Recruitment is partnering with a private fertility clinic in the South West of England to appoint a Head of Nursing. This senior role leads the nursing team, owning standards across the clinic and working closely with the Medical Director and senior leadership.

You will shape the patient journey from initial consultation through treatment and aftercare, ensuring governance and compliance. A collaborative, patient-centred environment with a competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at Senior Nurse, Lead Nurse or Nurse Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of HFEA regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the nursing team across all areas of fertility care.
• Maintain and improve nursing standards, clinical governance and HFEA compliance.
• Shape and enhance the patient journey from initial consultation through treatment and aftercare.
• Oversee training, competency frameworks and professional development.
• Contribute to service development and the clinic’s continued growth.
• Act as a senior clinical leader and role model across the clinic.
