Health Recruit Network is seeking a Medical Director and Person Responsible to lead a premier fertility clinic in Southampton, delivering the highest standards of clinical and patient care while driving growth and research collaboration with the University of Oxford.

You will work alongside the General Manager and leadership team, oversee clinical operations, mentor the team, manage on-call duties, and contribute to strategy, governance, and NHS contracts to enhance patient outcomes and service

Qualifications

• In-depth IVF knowledge and patient pathways.
• Experience in large fertility clinics with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to apply quality assurance and clinical performance monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Lead the clinic alongside the GM and leadership team to KPIs and improvement.
• Hands-on clinical practice and on-call duties as required.
• Mentor and develop the clinical team for high-quality care.
• Oversee NHS ICB contracts, tenders and review meetings when needed.
• Strategic planning, resource allocation and operational development.
