Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Basingstoke Chineham Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

Key Responsibilities

• Be the third in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team
• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting staff
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements, guiding, coaching, and managing practitioners
• Have fun and foster a positive environment!

Qualifications and Experience

To apply, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
