Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Addlestone Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practice. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and pursue promotion!

Responsibilities of a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees
  • As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, providing developmentally appropriate next steps and supporting staff.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding your team.
  • And most importantly… have FUN!

To qualify, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
