Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Twickenham Teddington Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and pursue a promotion!

Some of the responsibilities as a Room Leader/Manager at Busy Bees:

• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
