Busy Bees Market Harborough is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure cohesive educational strategies across the centre. This leadership role will inspire the team to maintain high standards of care and learning.

You will guide Room Leaders, manage safeguarding, and build strong relationships with parents while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. This role is central to delivering Busy Bees’ high-quality early years education.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting curriculum for diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, supporting those with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of development.
• Ensure health, safety and safeguarding protocols are followed centre-wide.
