Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee safeguarding and wellbeing, supporting children with additional needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of development.
• Ensure health, safety and safeguarding compliance across the centre.
