Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience in an early years setting.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of Room Leaders or practitioners.
• Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety protocols across the centre.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum for diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children and support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies across the centre.
