JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced Nursery Room Leader for their Didcot setting. The role is based on 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work 4 full days or adjusted hours, salary around £32k depending on experience and hours.

The successful candidate will lead a nursery room, ensure high standards of care, and work closely with families and staff to maintain excellent Ofsted compliance. A Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of child development and safeguarding.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within the room and wider nursery.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
