Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in the UK is hiring a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, align educational strategies across the centre and inspire a high-performing team.

You will mentor Room Leaders, safeguard children, build strong relationships with parents, and ensure health and safeguarding compliance while delivering the Bee Curious curriculum. Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

Our beautiful Gateshead QE nursery has an Ofsted rating of Good, and has a capacity of 108. We have a dedicated team that has the children at the centre of everything that we do. • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
