Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, align educational strategies, and ensure high standards of care and learning. You will drive planning, mentor Room Leaders, and safeguard every child while building strong parent partnerships.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining a nurturing, inclusive environment across the centre.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
