Busy Bees Leeds Farsley is recruiting an Early Years Educator to foster the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within the Busy Bees Bee Curious curriculum. You’ll support learning, plan activities, and collaborate with families to ensure each child thrives in a welcoming, high-quality environment.

The role offers a supportive team, ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow within the Busy Bees nursery network.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for activities.
• Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Be a Key Person, tracking development and engaging families.
