Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities promoting physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Key Person Role: oversee individual development and build strong family connections.
