Job summary

Busy Bees Leeds Farsley nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's learning and development in a supportive team. You will work within the Bee Curious curriculum and provide safe, stimulating activities.

The role requires Level 3+ in Early Years, experience with under-5s, and strong communication and organisational skills to build strong family connections and deliver EYFS activities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; apply knowledge to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person role: monitor development and build strong family connections.
