Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is recruiting a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join the Broadstairs team on a fixed-term basis until August 2027. You will deliver high-quality early years education, collaborate with parents, and uphold welfare and safeguarding standards.

The role supports the nursery environment, fosters development, and contributes to a nurturing setting with opportunities for progression within EKC Group.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification.
• Knowledge of the EYFS.
• Ability to assume a key person role and work with parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS standards.
• Support the Nursery Manager and work within the team.
• Maintain safeguarding and welfare requirements to keep environments safe.
