The Avenues Montessori Nursery in Margate is looking for a Level3 Qualified Senior Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will create a warm, safe environment, plan play-based activities aligned with EYFS, and support children's development with families and colleagues.

Applicants must hold a Level3 Early Years qualification or QTS. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a pay range of £13.80–£14.58 per hour, plus generous childcare perks and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Level3 Early Years qualification or QTS required.
• Experience in planning and delivering EYFS activities.
• Ability to monitor and record children's development.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and deliver play-based activities aligned with EYFS.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
• Support daily nursery operations and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
• Guide apprentices and volunteers while learning from the team.
