Job summary

Willingcare in Amersham is seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead a room and deliver high-quality early education. This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on standards, safeguarding, and child development within a quality-focused setting.

You will oversee daily practice, support a small team, and stay actively involved in planning and delivering activities that meet EYFS guidelines and promote children's progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Recent nursery experience with responsibility for practice and staff support.
• UK nursery experience is required.

A well-established Early Years nursery in Amersham is looking for an experienced Senior Nursery Practitionerto join one of their wonderful rooms. This is a hands-on leadership role within a quality-focused setting where standards, safeguarding, and child development are at the forefront. You’ll help lead a small team, oversee daily practice, and remain actively involved in delivering high-quality early education.

Before You Apply

• This role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• You must have recent experience working in a nursery with responsibility for practice and staff support.
• This position is not suitable for candidates without UK nursery experience.
