Job summary

Handkerchief Day Nursery in Derby (Derbyshire) is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our well-established setting and uphold high standards for children, families and staff.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance, and lead Ofsted preparation with a supportive senior leadership team.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary (£43,775 depending on experience) plus a quarterly bonus scheme and generous annual leave.

• Experience leading a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
