Flow Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Senior Deputy Nursery Manager to lead a nursery team in delivering high-quality care and development for children. You will oversee EYFS planning, safeguarding, and partnership with families, while supporting management reporting and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3.
• Experience managing a room or team within a nursery.
• First Aid qualification.
• Understanding of the EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation of EYFS, including planning and record keeping.
• Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers.
• Maintain professional relationships with Local Authority, regulatory bodies and agencies.
• Stay informed about developments in childcare policies and practices.
• Assist with nursery accounts and management information.
• Assist with staff meetings and parent events.
