Our Pride, Our Joy Nursery and Care Club is seeking a Senior Nursery and Care Club Manager to lead operations, safeguard children, and drive outstanding early-years provision. The role requires leadership, strong decision-making and excellent communication with parents and staff.

You will work across term-time plus 5 training days with additional hours during school holidays. A proactive, ambitious leader with safeguarding commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications in Maths.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and safeguarding abilities.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and excellent customer service.
• A track record of building positive parent relationships.
