Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a Room Manager at one of our nurseries in London. You will lead a team of Educators in the room, drive the learning through play, and ensure outstanding early years care in line with our N Curriculum.

As a senior leader, you will coach your team, build strong relationships with parents, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards. The role offers competitive pay and a generous benefits package across working patterns.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and commitment to remain compliant.
