Job summary

Bupa Care Homes (HH Bradford) Limited is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager for Eglantine Villa Care Home in Horton Kirby, near Dartford. You will lead the clinical team, promote resident independence and dignity, and maintain the highest standards of care during an 8am–8pm shift pattern.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, strong leadership, and commitment to person-centred care. It offers a permanent 42-hour week and a welcome bonus along with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide clinical staff.
Effective communicator with residents and families.
Ability to delegate and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

Promote residents' independence, choice and dignity while ensuring care standards.
Assess residents’ wellbeing and maintain accurate records of care needs.
Provide clinical guidance and lead the clinical team to ensure safe, efficient running of the home.
Build lasting relationships with residents, families and local partners to strengthen care.
Liaise with partners to raise the home’s local profile.
