Job summary

Bupa care home in Horton Kirby, near Dartford, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care on a floor with 8am–8pm shifts. You will provide person-centred care, mentor the team and ensure accurate records while supporting residents' independence and dignity.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse, with a passion for elderly care and strong communication to build relationships with residents and their families. A welcoming bonus is also offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to professional conduct.
• Experience in elderly care and promoting independence and dignity.
• Effective communicator able to lead a team and maintain accurate records.
