Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse practitioner with current NMC PIN.
• Experience in general practice or primary care settings.
• Ability to work within professional boundaries and provide safe, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment for undifferentiated presentations.
• Clinically examine and assess patient needs from physiological and psychological perspectives.
• Manage care for patients with complex needs using drug- and non-drug interventions.
• Prescribe and review medication in line with protocols and evidence-based practice.
• Support patient adherence, information, and vaccinations where appropriate.
• Lead and collaborate with the general practice team to maintain quality care.
