• Provide comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Deliver care through face-to-face consultations, telephone triage, and home visits.
• Prescribe medications and manage therapeutic interventions.
• Identify and manage deteriorating patients requiring urgent escalation.
• Lead clinical shifts and coordinate teams during supervision.
• Support service operations as daytime lead GP for complex cases.
• Triage SPOA calls and ensure appropriate referrals and pathways.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across primary, urgent, and community care.
• Lead safeguarding processes for vulnerable adults and children.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service-improvement initiatives.
• Mentor clinical colleagues and trainees to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate, legally compliant patient records and documentation.
• Uphold infection control, health and safety, and risk management protocols.
• Communicate clearly with patients, carers, and professionals to support shared decision-making.
• Contribute to service development and strategic planning to enhance patient care.
• Demonstrate flexible working patterns to meet service needs.
• Promote organisational values, open processes, and a positive professional image.
• Ensure ongoing professional development and completion of mandatory training.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and guidelines.
