Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Children's Nurse to join our friendly team within the Northern area at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for hours per week.

We are a bedded general Paediatric Unit that consists of inpatient beds, 4 CAU and 2 HDU beds, providing care to a range of conditions such as mental health, surgical, ortho, respiratory, and metabolic.

We are a friendly dedicated team of Paediatric Nurses, Paediatric Consultants, and a range of Clinical Nurse Specialists, all supported by the Ward Manager and Paediatric Matron. The department is committed to continuous improvements in the service for children and young people and benefits from having a Paediatric Clinical Educator and Paediatric Mental Health Liaison Nurse.
