Zusammenfassung

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Nurse (General) at one of our care homes in the UK. You will provide clinical leadership, assess residents, and ensure safeguarding. You will lead a team and mentor staff, and administer medicines in line with NMC regulations.

The role requires an RGN with current NMC registration and mentoring qualification, experience with care plans and regulatory frameworks, and a track record of improving quality of care for older people.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Experience mentoring and supporting newly qualified nurses.
